Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI

Dear friends, Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI died this morning in his home in the Vatican after a short illness.  According to the Vatican press office, the Holy Father will preside at his funeral in St Peter's on Thursday 5 January 2023. May the the risen Lord give him fullness of life. Amen.
